Procter & Gamble
—Up 3.6% premarket: The company said that its second-quarter adjusted earnings per share rose 17% to $1.10, beating FactSet analysts’ estimates of $1.05 a share.
Inc. Class A—Down 13% premarket: Shares of Under Armour fell after the company posted a second-quarter loss Tuesday of $17.3 million, or 4 cents per share.
—Down 0.5% premarket: The company said that it had second-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.10 a share, which met the expectations of FactSet analysts.
Inc.—Down 14% premarket: The meat-replacement supplier’s stock tumbled after the close when the company reported a larger-than-expected loss and announced a stock offering.
Del Taco Restaurants
—Down 11% premarket: Shares of the fast-food chain fell in after-hours trading after same-store sales missed forecasts.
Inc.—Down 3.1% premarket: The genetic technology company’s revenue and outlook fell short of Wall Street’s expectations.
